Michelle Dasovich

Vice President

Michelle has been with ALCAM since the beginning in 1994. She has experience in every aspect of the business including but not limited to sales, purchasing, payroll, reconciliation and certifications. She has helped shape ALCAM into what it is today.

Derek Aber

Sales Manager

Derek graduated with a degree in Business Management from the University of Northern Colorado. He has been a valuable member of the ALCAM team since 2007, and has brought much enthusiasm to the business. He’s been very instrumental in retaining customers as well as bringing in new business for ALCAM.


Jordan Ray

Project Manager

Jordan graduated with a degree in Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has been a Project Manager for ALCAM since 2011. Jordan’s emphasis on Project Management has mainly been on RTD’s FasTracks projects, including the W-Line, Denver Union Station, Eagle P3 project, and the I-225 corridor. Jordan is a key contributor to ALCAM’s continued success.

CassCassandra Dasovich Garcia

Business Manager

Cassandra graduated with a degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. She has worked in the finance and construction industry since 2008. She is responsible for overseeing ALCAM’s activities and employees as well as assessing the company’s performance for different departments, against ALCAM’s goals and plans. Cassandra’s attention to detail and expertise are essential to ALCAM’s ongoing success.

Robert has been in the construction industry since 2005 and has a proven track record in completing jobs to the highest of standards. Robert has worked on some of Denver’s most iconic projects such as the Glasshouse Condos, Sports Authority Field @ Mile High, and the Denver Botanic Gardens. Robert has been an ALCAM superintendent since 2010. He is responsible for overseeing ALCAM’s light rail projects, including the W-Line, Denver Union Station, Eagle P3 project, as well as the I-225 project.

Robert Curci 


Bob spent the first 34 years working in the metal fabrication and distribution industry. His duties included purchasing, sales and management. He moved to Colorado to be with his wife and worked in plastic fabrication, but before long he found himself back in the metals business at ALCAM. In his spare time Bob enjoys running, reading and volunteering.

Oliver is a Shih Tzu/Poodle mix and is always ready to meet and greet customers with a warm welcome. Oliver keeps spirits high in the office and is always ready for action in this fast paced environment.
